In facts I found the colors really weirds instead of others cels from the same cut or others cels of "Blue Broly".
And finally, I checked the wrong frame in my verification...

Well, this part was made wrong, bottom tap should line up for a right triangle with the top tap.
Made a quick stencil to check with the frame...
Of course, the two bottom taps line up on the frame but the top doesn't.
Machine shop's mistake actually works, but boss's doesn't.
