Magnolia grandiflora タイサンボク、モクレン科の常緑高木。公園樹や庭木として親しまれる北米中南部原産の植物。日本には明治時代に入ってきた。タイサンとは中国山東省にある泰山に由来する名前、見映えする花や樹形を名山に例えたという。また香りが良いことでもしられる。

お馴染み夏の定番、松葉牡丹は江戸末期に渡来、原産はブラジルだそう。
雨にも日照りにも強いはずですが久々に可愛い所を見られました。
花言葉は「無邪気」
雨の日、せめてひと時のほっとするお時間を🌿
