I've always appreciated quite decorative elements to paintings, and with Norse knotwork it's surprisingly difficult to get it to feel authentic.

I designed the knotwork on his wings myself which is why its sequence is incorrect in a couple of places. but the final skin is 350x350 so nobody can even see it and that's fine
