I wonder if Catra is sickly & weak after being teleported by Glimmer because she's not used to it, or if it's an issue of Magicat incompatibility with teleportation? She can't even stand for a while. No one else has been in similar distress. She got used to it by S5E11 (Mystacor)

When Adora is unsure / overcome with doubt, she cannot channel She-Ra & transform. That's why she couldn't do it when turning Horsey to Swift Wind, or when manipulated by SW in Mystacor, or on Beast island at first. There she realized her self-doubt was holding her back.

This isn't Glimmer or Bow; it's Shadow Weaver's spies & illusions she sent after Adora to gaslight her in Mystacor. SW is VERY aware of Adora's self-worth issues & feeling overly responsible. SW used her friends' images to blame her of all that goes wrong (much like Catra in S3).
