Just tested all settings from volume post processing in 2019.3 and it's amazing. The most important thing for me is the Bloom settings. The bloom color takes on the color of Emission, not just white. 10/10

5. Profileの隣のNewボタンでProfileを作る
6. AddOverrideボタンでエフェクトを追加。
7. VolumeをつけたオブジェクトのレイヤーはPostProcessなどにしておく(ない場合は作る)
8. カメラ側に移って、
Rendering > PostProcessingをON
Environment > VolumeMaskに先ほどのレイヤー名を指定
