As much as I hate to see her go, I'm afraid the "Pepper Adventure" cartoon is getting thrown in the scrap bin, for a lot of its setpieces are being repurposed for the next Pink City cartoon.

2 - Deus ESC-A was pretty much my favorite Emergency/Urgent Quest! The setpiece of the quest was among my favorites, and my alliance liked to fight him a lot back in the day during Episode 4, especially when he was superpowered with like +300% ATK or something!

So I finished part 2 of NGE Anima. Again, not really much of a story, writing isn't great but credit where it's due, it does have a bunch of pretty cool setpieces and it's intersting as an alternate continuation to NGE.

The presentation and music are a large part of the charm. Square really learned a lot on how to make good, cinematic 3D setpieces around the PS1 era and combined that with solid STG gameplay.

Also the player ship is totally memorable to me. It's got a unique silhouette

Mega Man Zero and Mega Man ZX share a setpiece occuring midway through the game, with slight differences. In both games, the player character's central home base area gets attacked by the enemy and a stage is set within the invaded hub area.

sets itself apart from other shooters by having a bit more of a story-structure. Instead of simply fighting endless waves of enemies, the game has you go through different setpieces. Visually very appealing, Kaoi Meris & put forth a decent game.
