testing out the 30-day trial of Clip studio, love the timelapse feature! but the different shortcuts from photoshop took some getting used to.

will have to draw a bit more with CSP before I decide if it's worth the buy

I've been trying more and more to take shortcuts with big patterns and details by drawing them once in a way I can reuse it! Highly recommend. I drew this as a repeatable pattern that I could turn into a ribbon brush in CSP, then used mesh transform to fit it to the sash.

It's been 2 years since I started art. And there's nothing more valuable than overcoming your limits with lots of hard work, tears, and mental stress.

There are no shortcuts.

Its constant work, with every new piece I strive to be better. Not everyone drawing is a masterpiece... And there are no shortcuts, but it is a joy to learn and get better at this craft

There's no tricks and shortcuts, enjoy what you do and don't get obsessed with the destination because there's none <3

We all can learn how to create and grow. I used to think I’d never be able to draw because for so many years I was awful at it. If you’re ever doubting yourself, remember art is a journey. There’s no shortcuts. If you want to start creating, you have to start.

This is what I've done in TWO years of artwork. Don't rely on cheap shortcuts that steal from others. Just pick up and learn.

The first step to being an artist is long term dedication. No amount of shortcuts can overcome persistence.
