I tried making 3-layered eye blinking animations this time (SoulSet had 2-layered ones) and to my surprise, they look better than I assumed they would (with barely any corrections needed on their first try, too!) [3/4]

Well, the layered images in Ren'Py seem to be working fine, which makes me very happy. :) The way I coded sprite expressions in SoulSet was such a disaster that seeing this in action brings tears to my eyes. Bless you, Ren'Py Gods!
