Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (2004) – Torvus Bog.

The surface level is a swamp full of alien-dinosaurs and alien-insects and below the bog there's an old flooded temple full of alien-sharks. 10/10. PS: yes, I LOVE rainy maps.
