We've reached our last Role to profile, and it's Specialists. Like every other Role, there are 4 specializations, but in this case they share little in common. It is more like there are 4 distinct new Roles: Runners, Hunters, Trappers, and Terrain Artists.

Plus that guy in the mural is a Titan Trapper. You can tell by the humanoid hands and the spear
(Which is shown to be the Trappers' main choice of weapon). Plus how the beast/titan he's fighting resembles how Titan Trappers often depict Titans in their murals.

Also the fact there were claw(?) marks covering the hall that led to Jean Luc, hints that some sort of fight happened. So the Trappers that graffitied the place were most likely. uh. delt with.

AND since we know that Collectors are capable of body-altering abilities, my guess is that they made some of the Trappers *huge* in order to slay the much larger Titans.

And with the revelation of the Titan Trappers, he was associated with a hunting group that slaughtered an entire species to extinction. But in FTF (And in King's Tide near the end, too) his real nature (and design) is revealed, that being that he's just a silly, colorful, and-

TITAN TRAPPERS USE SPEARS TO HUNT TITANS BECAUSE THEY'RE EASY TO USE FOR HAND TO HAND COMBAY AND THROWING AT GINAT MONSTERS. THROWING SPEARS ALMOST ALWAYS MEANS TITAN TRAPPER. I'M GOING TO LOSE IT

Notice the painting next to the one above is the same as King's Tower meal. Unfortunately, Titans fell victim to Titan Trappersworth the help of Collectors (the comet possibly?). However, Titan Trappers seemed to continue without the aid of Collectors. +

The Trappers we see in EOTW are *literally* a wannabe cult. They're trying the look like Collectors, the REAL Titan Trappers.

We see the Trappers have face paint and strangely colored eyes. We don't see these kinds of eyes with any other witches in the show, but I think it's because they're contacts. They aren't just to look like Titans, but Collectors, too.

Hear me out

The Valley of Gwangi remake, but it's a western survival thriller with similar tones to The Revenant. Like some frontiersmen or fur trappers encounter and are hunted by something they wouldn't even recognize as a dinosaur yet is a relatively accurate Allosaurus.

OR it could just be a stylistic choice because the Titan Trappers can move their bone brows too, but the skulls they're wearing are dead. so.

team is full of hunters, not trappers. Difference? One waits for prey to fall in to a trap, the other goes and finds its prey and attacks!

"The pitch that I wrote to them was that it would be a younger Predator, a younger yautja, and Naru, and it would team up against Fur Trappers."

My personal theory is that Titans age mentally at the same rate as the typical witch/human, however they just never stop growing physically due to being so magically potent. And the Trappers disguise themselves as young adults since they'd be the easiest to disguise as.
