I was making a new model and the models bones went wacko, I fixed it by re-importing the body and head models, and re-weighting the hair to his head. I was stressed when I saw it's bones got messed up. 😢😢 Luckily I fixed it!

OK THIS IS A TINY ARTIST NITPICK but i've remembered that the arms are not actually the right shape(partly a weighting issue) and the shape is actually kind of backwards?? but basically more of the volume should be on the outside, not the inside

Can i get some help with this? I Set up a Basic human Meta Rig to a BF2 model and parent it but then it gives me a bone heat weighting error which i solve by merging by distance only to have the rig work but when i go to pose it deforms like this! Any idea?
