First three are Phoenix, Miles, and Maya from AA and then Yugi Muto from Yu-Gi-Oh (Duel Monsters)!

There's even an Atom Cat manga by Tezuka, which is a parody of his original Mighty Atom manga.

Reminds me of what Toriyama did with Neko Majin Z, catifying their main protagonist in a parody manga.
