10. Azure Striker Gunvolt 2.
Tengo sentimientos encontrados con esta secuela. Porque me encanta y a la vez tiene decisiones de diseño un poco desastrosas. Copen es prácticamente invencible y jugar con él ha sido divertido pero monótono. Y la historia... Deja bastante que desear.

Luminous Avenger IX

It's the better game of this franchise by far for me.
It feels amazing to dash and dive with Copen, the bosses are cool and stages are dynamic and very intuitive.

And the story sucks just like Gunvolt 1 or 2 but oh well can't have it all.

In the character art, Copen almost always holds his gun or Razor Wheel in his right hand. The one exception I know of is specifically the *website* art for Bullit Shift. (Of course, in gameplay, Copen switches his weapon hand every time he turns around.)

Interesting how Copen shrunk a little in the transition from boss to playable character, and how his GV1 sprite is missing his ahoge even though his cutscene and skill portraits have it. He's missing it in some GV1 concept art too, so maybe it was a late addition to his design?
