In 1996, Creatures Inc published a book in Japan called "Pokedex," featuring 150 unique entries. Interestingly, the book categorizes these 8 Pokemon as Legendaries, and there's nothing in-game that contradicts it.

My absolute favorite design aesthetic is transformation heroes in awesomely impractical outfits and kaiju. Magical girls, henshin heroes, or some guy in a suit... It's such a good look.

Give me a gorgeous, stylish outfit, skin tight spandex, or full body armor. I love it.

I did that deliberately because she has yellow paint in the codex, but the baby does not. There's an alternate version I have with her without the yellow paint, but it wouldn't be that accurate to the source.
