It was hard coming up with a redesign, but I ended up giving him a jetpack and a cool alien arm based on what appeared to be a dire infection in his left arm in one of the reference images.

Crow- Normal hooman with bladed gloves he swings about. Uses a compressed air canister as a makeshift jetpack to launch himself into foes

Trauma- Also normal humman, uses a variety of homemade paint/smoke bombs, and aerosol flamethrowers
