Sorry, I don't have a list of all the cards at hand. However, I do remember that a real-time demo was played when player used a card with a rarity called "SSR", which had a special 3D illustration like these. I think there were only characters from MGSPW, MGS3, MGS4, and MGR.

I don't know what the deal is with these real guns, but the official MGSHD Collection and MGS3D sites were able to use the visuals of The End's Mosin Nagant and EVA's Mauser without any changes

I found out on the Metal Gear Wiki page that the helicopter used in the collage image showing MGS3 on the official worldwide MGS website published around November 2011 had been replaced by the PMC helicopter from MGS4 instead of the Hind.
