#Projek555 is back! We would like to invite you to be part of Projek555: Edisi 2021 – a collection of everyday observations through a visual diary. We’ll send you a buku 555 for you to record whatever you decide to for 1 month. Then pass the book back to us.
Wonderful image from "A Winter in Lapland and Sweden, with various observations relating to Finmark and its inhabitants", by Arthur de Capell Brooke (1827). #ArchiveAdventCalendar #Reindeer @ARAScot
1/ What is NFT collection decentralisation and why is it important?
Here's my observations on it and some case studies (focussing on @kusamanetwork #NFT collections)..
Would love to hear your thoughts on decentralisation for your favourite projects also 💪
Sometimes when I write one of my observations, an artist sends me a beautiful drawing in response. This is one of those times: https://t.co/Nd85ft1rF2 Thank you @ronald_2008 :)
#4 by @RosieKHart. different type of graph looking at my Hover Fly observations. Note how observations increase during the summers and Toxomerus (Calligrapher Flies) dominate. Isn't this graph pretty?

1/ Few words about my work for my new followers. 🙂🍐🦩
I'm Nikolina and I explore themes of narrative character, working in the realm of contemporary surrealism.
My work is mostly conceptual and symbolic and reflects inner observations presented through fantasy stories.
For #FoldoutFriday we have a rather wonderful volume from 1812 titled Observations on Laying Out Farms, in the Scotch Style, Adapted to England.
The foldout shown here may only extend a bit beyond the open page spread, but the oversized volume has a true weight and presence.
#SagittariusA
Observations of several stars orbiting Sagittarius A*, particularly star S2, have been used to study its mass, etc. (4 million times heavier than our Sun).
Apparently the 100 billion stars in our galaxy orbit this black hole at the center of the Milky Way.
You know, Pinkie Pie might be the best Pony just because she asks the best questions and makes the best observations. 😆
#PainterOfTheNight The title for the next essay has been chosen: "The shadows of the ancestors". Thank my husband for this!😂 Expect the essay on Thursday. It's a theory based on previous observations. I will talk about YSH, BNK, Jihwa and No-Name and use the following pictures:
Today we highlight German-born naturalist and artist Maria Sibylla Merian whose direct observations of insects led to new insights about metamorphosis. These images come from UW-Madison Special Collections copy of 'Der Raupen wunderbare Verwandelung...' https://t.co/u3ADDdJZQe
i'm endlessly fascinated by the way drawing something "wrong" can make it look more right. bitch it's bonkers how much i draw and how long i've been drawing and i still have to problem solve every single time. i kinda enjoy it though. here's some observations from halo head #151
Next Painting - Freeze
'I want to run away, run away from all of it, those closed rooms, those endless observations, those white walls and their half smiles. I dont wanna see blood, but it would seem I have no choice, close your eyes teddy....'
