As for fashion I try to go for a cyberpunk esc aesthetic. so cybernetics and trench coats aren't uncommon. High tech weaponry is pretty common place as well, so stuff like blasters and glowy laser stuff

I imagine the cybernetics on his back is what allowed people to track him in the story and gave luiz his abilities
it’s basically plastered onto his back really good so it was a painful process removing it
