@BJMendelson I feel where you're coming from. Sometimes though another villain could be used. For example in Superman Returns. Lex Luthor should've been teamed up with another villain like Metallo, who is physically on Superman's level. So that way there could've been an actual battle scene
Superman's got a new suit!
Check it out when Superman and Lois premieres February 23rd on the CW. #Superman #SupermanAndLois
The arc ends with the two being allowed to leave and agreeing to put aside their doubt and work together.
I especially love the second page here, Lex vowing to continue the late Superman's legacy, at the request of another.
Superman's on the ropes in "The House of Kent" Chapter 6...but don't count him out. @CBR has a preview of Action Comics #1027, out Tuesday: https://t.co/arNQvmz5FN

Team Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen: how about SWAMP THONG & PHANTOM SWINGER at THE FUTILITY BELT
Since Biden has won, I wonder if and when we will see Biden in a big two comic since most Presidents do have cameos like Bill Clinton speaking at Superman's funeral or Nixon being a bad guy in Captain America. Tr*mp will be the only President who hasn't got a appearance
Today in Comics History: Following his 1938 debut in comic books, Superman's daily newspaper strip launched in Jan. 1939. But it wasn't until November 5, 1939, that the Superman Sunday page debuted. (We saw the teaser last week.) Here, the first Sunday and some early examples:
Friendly reminder that Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen is up for a Ringo Award this weekend and the collected edition drops into the book market on Tuesday! Your local comic shop or indie bookstore can order it for you—help keep small businesses alive!
Checking in to make it clear that my answer is YES.
Superman's a man of steel with a loving heart. He's the ideal. Bendis and team have shown this again and again and again through their years on Superman, the same as generations of artists have done before them.
Me: "Reviewers, send in your praise for 'Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen: Who Killed Jimmy Olsen?', on shelves October 27!!"
Steve Lombard, Daily Planet: "🐺🎵"
In this week's free Patreon update, I share my love of SUPERMAN'S PAL JIMMY OLSEN, and explain why, perhaps more than anything else in the past decade, it deserves to enter DC's canon of all-time classics. https://t.co/2S912vWBR8

@bleedingcool I always had the impression he would introduce Superman's sister before ending his run.
I wonder how many people in the world have figured out Superman's secret identity simply because they got bored one day & drew glasses on his pictures
