The Shiny Colors

They seem to only exist in thunderstorms or under a blanket of clouds, so a lot about them is unknown. They are reportedly smaller than Hoenn Wailord however, and possibly shares the same diet as one. Perhaps it dips into the water from time to time?

yellow boy Lightning Man, he is a glorified lightning rod. He works anywhere that has thunderstorms (i.e. new york, which is getting kind of old) so he can suck up that sweet sweet lightning juice cause it looks cool.
