One of the most iconic animals from the Triassic is the INCREDIBLY long necked, 𝘛𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘦𝘶𝘴. Found at Monte San Giorgio, one species captured its prey by ram-feeding.

Here's PMBO with a paleoart grand artwork!, a piece on which I was working on in the last pair of weeks. I'm greatly proud of the outcome 🤩🎨

Threat display.

One of the many Triassic oddball reptiles, Drepanosaurus was seemingly a cross between a chameleon and an anteater. Nice to do a personal piece once in a while, even if it is just a little drawing.

The Herrerasaurus is so cool! This Triassic Dinosaur has been part of the franchise since the first Jurassic Park, seeing them in JPTG was an awesome surprise ~

I wonder what the Herrerasaurus paddock was like and what it would be like to see them on the 1993 Tour :)

Vancleavea is a rad looking critter. Why don't we see it more often, it had a long neck, osteoderms for a TAIL FIN, wicked canine teeth, osteoderm chainmail. Its a truly bizarre organism & that's saying something for Triassic taxa

This is a fun paper, they used synchrotron microtomography (essentially an X-ray powered by a synchrotron) to scan a piece of Triassic dino coprolite (poop) to 3D image all the beetles hanging out inside. https://t.co/2ti8IYipF2

Another day, and another basal dinosaur of the Dino Kids. This is Herrerasaurus ischigualastensis, a herrerasaurid dinosaur is the only Triassic member who lived in Seasideville Zoo’s Dinosaur Park as nearby entrance of viewing gallery.

So here is some of mine! Zupayasaurus takes a sip with Riojasaurus about to chase him off, velociraptor and protoceratops are about to produce some "gryphon fossils" together, some Triassic Ornithodirans and some 3D experiments.
