What is your definition of health?
The World Health Organization (WHO) defines HEALTH as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

I’ve took a month break from streaming, and everyday I’ve said to myself “I’m going to stream today.” Which I haven’t had the motivation to do, which I apologise to anyone who I’ve let down or disappointed over the absence of streams. Sorry everyone.

Sorry for my absence from streaming and creating, my brain's been in a bit of emotional/mental overload for no good reason so just need to BREATHE and cuddle my cats. Working on a personal piece in the meantime, hoping it gets me back to making art that I can be proud of!
