It looks a bit dodgy in close-up, but it's better than prior attempts.
It might just be the angle, but Marco looks to have his iconic banana skull in missions, but in the hub his nose and jawline shrink to something almost human. There's hope for ghoulish caricatured Fio yet.

Both female and male fans would RIOT if Fio, the fan favorite, wasn't cute. They've all had the "ugly" designs for the first few games, but all the characters became more typical anime-esque. Fio's been portrayed like this in official art like this for at least 15 years now.
