Gen 5: Pokémon Conquest. A big fan of tactics RPGs, Conquest is something I really wish they'd revisit. I love the Warring States narrative, Pokémon in a new paradigm, the presentation, the robust spritework... It's just an absolute joy all 'round.

Happy 25th Anniversary Final Fantasy VII! A game that impacted the PS1 era with its cutscenes and narrative. So many memories created all because of this game. Can't wait to see what the second part of the Remake has in store for us
I really love how these two pieces work together as a diptych portraying a sequential narrative. Sheer accident, but I love the story they end up telling!

I'm working on another game for a jam focused on Narrative. The theme stumped me for a bit (Magical Realism), so I worked out a style for the game while thinking of a story. It has taken me a few tries to find a style that I like. I ended up on this.
@thegameawards Handsome Jack. It’s amazing how someone can be so charismatic and hilarious when he spends 80% of the game mocking you through a radio. He’s really one of those villains you love to hate. The game’s narrative also has you questioning if he really is the bad guy in all of this.
