I have a love-hate relationship with backgrounds. Once I realized I could make them into characters, and use Seussian dreamscape warped proportions, I ceased to regard them as a total chore. But I still have a long way to go before I give them the love they deserve.

Anatomy in cheebi is easier because the proportions aren’t as realistic
An example is below and you can see the head is way bigger than the shoulders. It’s up to you how proportionate you make your chibis though
