SS内で簡単に発光を表現する方法をレクチャーします。僕はGIMPを使いました。元SSの①から、照明の明るい部分だけを選択・コピーして②のレイヤーを作り、スクリーンモードで重ねます。更に②を複製し、③のようにガウスぼかしをかけます。③もスクリーンモードで重ねれば完成です。

ジャギーが出るので 画像ファイル経由で gimp でぼかしをかけたけど、内部でべいーんとぼかしをテクスチャにかける手段ってあったかしら。
