Love Matisse 💝
🌟🌹🌟🌹🌟
Matisse painted this beautiful work 100 years ago in 1921. "Young Woman before an Aquarium" is influenced by Islamic art and the art of North Africa where Matisse had travelled. To me, instead of looking at the fish bowl she seems to be looking 'through' it, lost in a memory.
Paintings from "The Gymnasium" series by South African-American multimedia artist Thenjiwe Niki Nkosi, 2010s, which challenges the white suprematist history of gymnastics by celebrating Black women and girls in the sport
curated for army / henri matisse, the window, 1916

REVISIONING CHRISTIANITY
We need to separate the ‘MAGISTERIUM’ from the MAGICAL.
In other words, leave behind the dogmatism, literalism and repressive power structures of the past and embrace the numinous, mystical dimensions of Christianity and accept personal gnosis.

official art is so funny to me because of how cute childe looks in it. you mean to tell me this man who smiles at zhongli and cant use chopsticks is the same one who was traumatised at age 14 and is a trained assassin? hello?

@sunnygays Aromatisse and Slurpuff for the fluffy aesthetics! :D
Una fabulación de la vida que discurre entre bosques, llanuras, playas y/o jardines con un cromatismo intenso y divertido que nos cautiva. Un exotismo de la realidad recreada y puesta antes los ojos del espectador para ser observada en detalle.
