Its a good day for toons so have a scribble of one of my toon babs that needs more attention. Skippy is a friendly sea monster who kept scaring swimmers away so he wears a boat as a hat since people seem to like those. He like to help any swimmers or sailors in trouble at sea.

Vaporeon here is an excellent swimmer (as any water type should hopefully be)! He encourages Eevee to be a swimmer like he is, but he's not too pushy about it. He especially likes cannonballing into pools!
