Happy 18th anniversary to Trails series! The Trails series is an absolute must-play. Some of the best world building, writing and character development in the JRPG genre in my opinion. Also thank you Nihon Falcom for making such great games!
Happy 18th anniversary Trails/Kiseki!
Been only with you for a short part of that (the last 6 years), but those were enough to become one of my favorite franchises in gaming. Here's to many more!
Happy 18th anniversary to the Kiseki series
Ever since I started playing through the entire series in 2019. It honestly changed my life. Every game is amazing and I've met a lot of good people due to the series as well. Thank you Falcom and I hope to keep playing your great games
‘Tis my 18th birthday today….
Absolutely terrified of all the expectations that come with it, but hey!!! At least I can spend the whole day thinking about my comfort characters 🥰🥰🥰
Sir John Everett Millais (a Pre-Raphaelite) links the #C18th “fancy paintings” of Mercier, Reynolds & Gainsborough & the nostalgic sentimentalism of the Victorians with “My First Sermon” & “My Second Sermon”. Do you see how these later inspired Norman Rockwell?

Talking to @nrd23456 about out there explanations for the infamous Beast of Gevaudan that terrorized this region of France in the 18th century, I remembered how much popular reconstructions of the beast remind me of an amphicyonid- half wolf, half bear, half big cat! :B
Time travelers who go back to the 18th century and find out they have to use commodes, chamber pots, or latrines instead of getting to poop on the floor like they've been led to believe people did because of really weird historical myths:
18th is Nitric
Current member of the Squidbeak Splatoon under the alas Agent 4. He heard stories of the previous agent going MIA, and looks up to him. He gets picked on for being both a chatterbox, clumsy, and a bit gullible, but he's good company all around.

Itô Jakuchû, White Cockatoo on a Pine Branch. Ink and colour on silk, late 18th century.
The best thing about this painting is that the white pigment, 'gofun', is made from powdered oyster shell.
