Found the palettes/materials for all builds! I lucked out where multiple roms used the same master palette. For the others I instead had to match the solid color data tables to get my bearings. Here are the SF2 Beta 95-06-22 Wolfen models: they still have the logo panel

Fun fact: Back when Surface Duo was a Windows device (codenamed Andromeda,) many of the OS builds internally featured this Ninja Cat as the default wallpaper. It was sort of like an unofficial mascot for the project. Pretty cool
