Day 417. Mudd

Soon I'm planning on working on my species, Manelei! :D I'm gonna be tinkering with them, with their traits and what not. Both genders have manes, though right here, Mudd is a male. I'll be slowly working on a sheet or something, so look forward to it. ;w;

And yet… some small flickering of wonder known long ago… of battle fought without victory… of nobility, of courage… of kindness… It was there, in that flickering piece of a soul. The one that shown like the Fairest.'

Me, just looking at how soft he is.
He looks resolved.
And then when he lifts his head, and he looks.. almost expectant. Waiting for the reaction... the little flickering of his eyes as he stares back at them.
And the perfect alignment as it transitions to Sora >->

They're sometimes portrayed as an old couple bickering each other especially by Sem (first and second pics), and apparently their couple quarrels were famous for their friends.

Some detail shots from an illustration I’ve been tinkering with for a few weeks. I was inspired to place her in a Japanese setting, sill wandering around helping people and facing new types of undead. https://t.co/u1VFTnCL6p

Oh hey I can now show some stuff. This is my favorite character from my grad short film, Súla. I would love to keep thinkering and planning with this character, and probably will.

Since Theo and Miles were kidnapped and made to become Sloans henchmen, they’ve been forced to travel everywhere, both overseas and on the road. It’s knackering shit but comes with its share of stories to tell.

Meadow medium with flickering snowdrops
Like lips - crazy kissing,
To cuddle your eyes again,
To sink into my hands - sweetness.

I'm almost through Final Fantasy 9 which means I'll soon need a new Switch game. I've got a Dark Souls/Metroidvania hankering, so help me out here: or

Trying to go for a flickering light/orb situation and experimenting w/ force and it's a bit more manic? than I was hoping for 😅 I can't seem to slow it down even after fiddling w/ alpha, alphaDecay, and velocityDecay 🤷‍♀️

I think I'm headed in the right direction tho ✨

I revised quite a lot today, so I rewarded myself by tinkering with this composition 🐠🌅

Which one do you prefer?
