for example, this helltaker art I tried to do a colder hue for the shading, since it matched the coloring of the game. For this noi art, I wanted to make it a bit warmer than what i usually do , so I gave her warmer colors in shading and in the palette.

Yesss, the green in her design was originally blue.

Funnily enough she still wears it in the opening at some point, during the trailer and in the series there are some mess-ups where she has the wrong palette.

I also think that the bright palette is better contextualized in a retro aesthetic. It gives the graphics a bright early-to-mid-SNES feel.

Still, the beauty is that it's easy to do a master edit to the files and adjust your palette. Which's why I'm keeping the OG palettes :D

TBH i like Left better, too, y'all.
And Alex doesn't clash that much with Raid with this palette.
In fact this more detailed palette might even fit better. And worst case scenario this is gonna stand up better to a Color Curves down the line! XD
