So. On comics piracy—I've seen 3 main types: 1) Lives in location with no (access to) shops, geo-blocked from digital platforms, 12 month delay on orders etc. 2) Wants comics now and doesn't pay for entertainment. 3) Leech now, buy later — all harm sales & longevity of series.

A lot of piracy talk. I’ve never pirated a comic. It seems to me that comics have been chasing and pandering to a kind of “new audience” the last few years. They found it. They’re pirates. Meanwhile many old customers are leaving. Make comics for them again.
