I love my RDA centre that I volunteer at.
Unfortunately RDA is a charity, no government funding, so we rely on donations and applying for grants.

Testing the new watercolor brushes in w/

There's no way to blend colors while applying them as the Pixel engine has no dulling/blending; making every application is a fresh dry layer. But we can fake some of that characteristic tint-bleed with a Color layer.
