Quick tutorial
• Duplicate and merge all your layers into a single layer.
• Apply Gaussian Blur on the merged duplicate layer.
• Change the blending mode of merged duplicate layer to Screen or Lighter Colour mode.
• Adjust layer opacity to control the glow intensity.
