The Reveal Stage! I typically don't show the shadows and lighting until the final reveal. Then I ask the client if there are any edits or changes they would like. If no edits then I send a high res file.

They loved this piece with no edits and I enjoyed making it!

Now the flat base colors. This part is either easy or difficult. I'm not the greatest at coloring. So it's either a challenge or I have a direction and it just connects!

This one was an instant connection. I knew the mood, the lighting, and major focal points.

LEGITIMATELY! i think the issue with the mistral era is the overuse of golden/warm lighting. it really washed out some of the bright colours on the outfits, you can definitely tell in volume 6 when they’re in the snow, it all looks so much brighter and more vibrant like the art https://t.co/uD3CfpTi19
