I always have trouble with her socks, they're supposed to be more opaque, but finding the right combination of my usual layers/opacity to get the right effect takes some time. Maybe I should just raw dog it all on normal layers 🤔

My old work consisted of a bunch of shapes I'd draw and layer together with the pen tool and clipping masks. The uniform look of the lines was both a benefit and a drawback, but I could adjust my lines after the fact which is why I did it for about 4 or 5 years
