As much as I enjoyed The Inhumans series by Paul Jenkins and Jae Lee, I lean more towards their work on The Sentry. It being a fantastic character study is one of the reasons I lean towards it.

Inhumans was trash but showed he has all the chops to play a great villain. When we get Xmen I would love to see him as Vulcan, so powerful he could give even Carol and Wanda problems. Also a good villain to cross mutants with Guardians and Avengers.
