I use watercolors on a very transparent way because I love to keep the texture of the paper, problem is I can't use opaques so the result tends to look "washed" when reproduced.

My thing is see-thru in the weirdest ways, and I can't seem to figure out how to make it opaque. It's very hard to work with like this.. could I trouble you for assistance?

Thumbnail studies for upcoming pieces. This little exercise helped me a lot on simplifying my process which looks a bit like this;
1) shapes of light and dark (2-3 max)
2) middle tones of each plane
3) high chroma colors, opaque lights, softening and hardening edges
