PPTA's direction is an aspect I enjoy a lot, it's experimental and unique. There's a lot of split screen scenes when we get to see the action simultaneously, it almost feels like manga paneling. Also the textures and color palette are very pleasing

Last night update - I removed some of the 3d paneling and hull lines, and made them simple surface color lines rather than beveled gaps - cuts down on the aliasing, and makes the overall ship much cleaner.

Seriously, Toriyama slander will not be tolerated around me. I cant tell you how MONUMENTAL it is that the man created dragonball with ONE FUCKING ASSISTANT WHO WORKED 2 DAYS OUT THE WEEK AT MOST. I have yet to read a manga that can TOUCH his paneling and choreagraphy.
