The mystery behind some characters elevates them! That said, I think his story was good although the directing &dialogues of the prequels failed and hampered the end product in many ways. I cringe at Anakin’s character in them, although I loved the Clone Wars first cartoon Anakin

Exactly, Prequels may have had some goofy CGI and writing, but the worlds and ideas they presented were unique and very creative. Disney on the other hand plays it way too safe and it's just completely boring.
