On a slightly less interesting, but still neat, Sonic SatAM dub, there's the Russian "dub" and DVD releases!

I put "dub" in parathesis because it's not actually a dub, it's simply one Russian guy and one Russian girl providing a voice over translation directly over the English-

Sonic has an internal canon and consistent source material. It's due to poor brand management that it appears fractured.
Satam is officially licensed but not a useful reference, it was made up entirely by third parties. It's like saying that this is a valid reference of Mega Man.

Exactly my point. It doesn't help that even in the SatAm Bible they tried to carve her out as an "attractive" teenage girl, but that doesn't mean her design was inherently the problem. It didn't start out like this, it was the artist's art choice.
