The amount of skeletal parts recovered is not astounding, but is not bad at all for spinosaurid standards! Thanks to for allowing us to use his skeletal reconstruction (which was actually partially based on the material of this animal).

Clidastes was a small, coastal Mosasaurid from the Late Cretaceous of Eastern and Central US. Aside from it's size, it closely resembled its other, generally larger relatives.

What's further interesting is that the Drazinda Formation is marine, also preserving the fossils of Basilosaurids and early sirenians, which might indicate that these animals might have spent some time in saltwater (9/10)

Little Ianthasaurus was one of the earliest Synapsids; a diminutive member of the Edaphosauridae, from the Late Carboniferous. Unlike its larger later cousins, Ianthasaurus was more lightly built, and had pointed, peg-like teeth that were better adapted for feeding on arthropods.

We all know by now that birds are dinosaurs, but how exactly are they classified? well, modern birds are known as neornites, and these belong to the clade of coelurosaurids
a small drawing to compare modern coelurosaurs with their ancestors n.n

Jokes aside btw, I'm not a palaeontologist or any kind of genuine authority over spinosaurids. 😂 I'm just some nerd who's obsessed as shit with drawing them and wants to let others know how cool these animals were too. 'Cause everybody needs more crocoducks in their life. 🐉🌊💖

One of the races of my "Godborn" project, the Saurid. Males are far more vibrant and likely to have adornments such as feathers or quills, as well as being leaner than females.

JAKSJKA toco hilo aqq

My first work of this year! This is lateral reconstruction of spinosaurid Riparovenator milnerae from the Early Cretaceous of Isle of Wight. It was described in same paper as Ceratosuchops inferodios. Based on 's skeletal reconstruction.

Any resemblance to an accurate representation of a therapod tyrannosaurid is purely coincidental, AKA some days i've 5 mental years and only want to draw dinosaurs and go RAWR 🦖
