In the anime adaptation, the height was almost always the same, but if you look at VN, then Satoko was always slightly taller than Rika but lower than Hanyuu.

They also did a really good job of explaining why he's such a degenerate which was one of my biggest fear with this adaptation, something the Manga couldn't even do well.

Definitely A must watch if ur an avid Isekai Fan and A Fan of the novels/Manga.
