My relentless optimism and hope in the face of much adversity has moved to draw this wonderful cartoon. Reminds me of the painting by Frederic Watts depicting 'Hope' sitting on a globe, with bandaged eyes playing on a harp which has all the strings broken except one.

i’ve always struggled with understanding my grief, especially when no particular thing is at fault. writing poems was how i bandaged myself in dark times, and are how i still remember them. i’ll forever be thankful that i documented so much of myself over the years. (3/3)

14) Weird is subjective but I always thought my attraction to bandaged characters was odd. Im not attracted to injuries, I just find wrappings and such to be an oddly cool/cute layer and a turn on.
Uh rough stuff is also good but not enough to require said bandages, lol

In English and Scandinavian folklore, the Elder Mother was said to guard the elder trees.
In other stories, a farmer takes a branch from an elder tree and later sees a witch with a bandaged arm.

Doodle of my old OC, Sear. Who (the blue bandaged one) was abandoned in the tundra to die..but picked up later by another organisation..who instead used her to test experimental drugs on..so not sure which is worse. The story most of my dragon OCs are from is quite angsty..
