Katara encased Azula in ice, who's a better firebender than Zuko during Sozin's comet. If she was really mad, she could bloodbend him. Zuko's sword skills mean nothing is she can freeze him like Jet. Finally, here's Katara fighting him 1v1 and beating his ass.
