Don't think I've ever said this WIP picture of all the completed sprites together is supposed to be a homage to one of the SF3 TS cover arts... I do think the amount of characters in comparison makes it muddle a little bit though 😅
@TheCountofS @GerardsJulien Wouldn't be surprised honestly. I find the 4/5 torso to be sort if a weird design for a few reasons. It's like they took the reach chest, muddled thr shape a bit, carved a hole in the middle of it and swappeded out the neck with a toilet seat. Plus there's the weird armour strips
Made progress on the acrylic background + the gouache underpainting last night, + I’ll be back at the WonderGround Gallery in Downtown Disneyland tonight 5pm-10pm to paint the enamel line work. It’s muddled + loose until I do the fine line detailing to pull it all together.
