Completed this yesterday. A4 watercolour of Vermuden’s Drain, along Horseshoe Drove, near Chatteris. I feel this is less messy than recent attempts at watercolour. Keep trying!

Archibald Thorburn (1860-1935) (https://t.co/T43HkLGo1m) was a Scottish artist that specialised in wildlife, painting mostly in watercolour. "A pair of Golden Eagles" (1899) is a fine example of his fantastic skills. Love it.
