Hey Mooties,

I generally manipulate layers for skin (except oil or pastel).

Base colour + multiply = saturation for dark areas. White + overlay = highlights

Today I tested using colours like how make up is applied.. that contouring thing.

Hit or miss?

Drawing took me about 4 hours, because I wasn't adding too much highlights ans shadows....and as can you see on timelapse, I drew only half of the armor XDXD

Although I wish HYV would highlight the other types or Aranara too.... Tall chonky bois, the ORBS, and peanuts are all super cute. Especially the peanut boys. Which are the silliest ones!

Doing some "three-value sketches" (highlights, midtones, shadows) for compositions for two new WW2 pieces.
