He wants to tell stories with characters and villains that we've never seen on the big screen. There's a global audience who will watch it.

@GailSimone i can’t pick a fav to save my life but both sean galloway and doc shaner are top favs for me. they evoke such soft and squishiness w/ superman and they’re both highly underrated.

I choose to stay positive. I know that we are finally going to get a new Superman villain who has not been on the big screen.
I know I’ve said this before but my favorite Superman artist might be the great John Buscema, who drew both a great Supes and Clark. Broody but somehow still Superman.
If he’d drawn more, it would have changed how people perceive the character forever.

Finished Superman: The Animated Series last night.
Deserves way more love than it gets. I've heard people say it isn't as good as BTAS, but I think that's false. They're both fantastic in their own ways.
